Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Infinity Groups CRM, including the web interface, mobile application, and related services operated by Infinity Groups.

By accessing, signing up for, or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Within the platform, formal acceptance may be completed by the organization administrator, who accepts on behalf of the company and the users linked to that tenant.

Infinity Groups CRM is a commercial management platform for sales, support, and administrative operations.

• Sales management, commercial funnel, and Kanban pipeline.
• Integrated calendar, tasks, and follow-ups.
• Dashboards, performance reports, and operational indicators.
• Team management with hierarchy, permissions, and access roles.
• Commission calculation, payroll, and financial controls.
• Internal communication and authorized integrations, including WhatsApp when enabled.
• Multi-tenant architecture with company-level data isolation.

When using the platform, you agree to:

• Use the service only for legitimate business purposes.
• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information.
• Respect the rights of other users, customers, and the company.
• Keep customer, sales, and operational data confidential.
• Never share your credentials with third parties.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

The following is expressly prohibited:

• Attempting to access data from other tenants or users without authorization.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, copying, or modifying the software without permission.
• Using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
• Sending malicious content, viruses, or attacking the infrastructure.
• Mass extraction of data without express authorization.
• Using unauthorized automations that may compromise the service.
• Registering false sales information or manipulating commission data.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of the account without prior notice, in addition to any applicable legal measures.

• Infinity Groups CRM, including source code, design, trademarks, text, and features, is owned by Infinity Groups or its licensors.
• Data entered by you and your organization remains owned by the organization, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
• You may not copy, reproduce, sell, license, or distribute any part of the platform without authorization.

• We work to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
• We are not responsible for outages caused by internet access, devices, third-party services, or events outside our control.
• We may update features to improve security, performance, and user experience.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The platform is provided as is, without implied warranties of fitness for a specific purpose.
• We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, indirect damages, or business decisions made based on CRM reports.
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous 12 months, when applicable.

• You may request account termination through the available support channels.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• After termination, data may be retained for technical and legal periods as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Data required for legal, tax, or regulatory obligations may be kept for the required period.

We may update these Terms periodically. Each update may generate a new identifiable version within the platform.

• Administrators may be notified and asked to accept updated terms.
• Continued use of the platform after an update means awareness of the applicable conditions.
• When formal acceptance is required, access may depend on acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent court under applicable law.
